After next Friday I have one exam left before I finish my degree, if I pass it will be a testiment that not turning up, and trying hard when assignments are practically due in gets you at least some kind of degree.

Excuse the side step from skateboarding, but...

Legendary Gangstarr artist Guru has finally been beaten by cancer, (after suffering a heart attack and going into a coma a few months ago) at the age of 43.

Guru is a fucking genius, half of Gangstarr alongside DJ Premier. After splitting from DJ Premier in 2003, Guru went on to start 7 grand records with producer Solar. I have rinsed Gangstarr tunes since I was a nipper, the man is genius.

Weekend smashed it.

Sproul rolled through on Friday night, to then ride dirty at mine till Sunday. Noice.

Rad BBQ at Wybseys on the Friday, Sproul and I went big on the food, some home-made Piri Piri chicken shit. Wybes, Broad and Olly were getting big on some other shit! This weekend was Broads turn to have a sick at Wybes' house. Which means it s me next week. RAD!

Anyway, myself, Sproul and Clit-Hero hit the streets on Saturday. Footage racked up at a variety of shite Oxford spots, followed by a little warm down at Abingdon.

Sunday saw a mass street on-slaught. Some Community Pillock kicked us off this manny spot in Abbers, taking down mad fake names! Bit of a street sesh, got a bit of footage, then a warm down at Abingdon followed, only to find some kind of Rollerblading convention waiting to greet us, who had kindly turned the park into an ice rink. Cheers.

We followed it up with a trip to little johnny russels were we met this guy. Machin who's chilling down these ends now for Uni.


We watched the new blueprint video and Baines and Jerome killed it. But so did everyone else to be fair. Chilling in the pub now with everyone realising it's a long drive home and Neddy will most likely get shotgun. - (Which I fucking didn't, and nearly pissed myself on the way home)
